RETURNS

OOAK pieces are all final sale and no exchanges.

I can do returns on products if they arrive damaged or there is a mistake on my end (wrong size, design, etc). Please double check that your sizing, color & design are correct. I have a size chart here and on my products page.

EXCHANGES

I offer flexibility on exchanges! If something isn't right or really doesn't fit, please reach out to me and we can figure it out! I'm happy to resend a different size. I will not offer exchanges if you change your mind about the design you chose! Please double check all details before ordering loves!

On average, it should take between a week to a week and a half to receive your items!

Unless they are handmade, then please see the listing for specific shipping details.

You will receive your tracking info once the order ships!
